It is applicable to various cabinet‑type furniture used in households, hotels, restaurants and other places. It is not suitable for wall‑mounted fixed cabinets such as wall cabinets and hanging cabinets.
Place the test sample in the test area. With the assistance of the laser locator, adjust the sample and the instrument‑testing device so that the test center is concentric with the pivot point of the flip door. Adjust the equipment adsorption device. The drive motor is controlled via the control system to open and close the flip door. Combined with the intermittent operation of the adsorption device, the slam‑shut test for the flip door is completed. The sample is driven by the flexible connection device to conduct the flip‑door durability test (the positioning device on the sample remains stationary during testing).
