TST‑C1014 Fabric Dynamic Fatigue Tester

 The fabric dynamic fatigue testing machine simulates the effects of load, acting force and pressure on furniture decorative fabrics during service, and is used to test the dynamic fatigue‑resistance performance of seams on sofa fabrics.

Working Principle

   Fix a sample with sewn‑in seams onto a specimen holder fitted with an elastic foam pad, secure both sides. Use a freely‑rotating rubber‑surfaced wheel of fixed weight to continuously impact the specimen surface from a specified height up to the preset number of cycles, then inspect the specimen for damage.

Instrument Features

 

① The machine body adopts an enclosed structure. Its transmission system consists of an AC motor, a worm‑gear reducer and high‑precision chrome‑plated rods, which improves the mechanical strength and stability of the whole unit. It enables six stations to perform synchronous testing simultaneously and enhances the accuracy of test data.


② The frame is made of high‑strength aluminium alloy profiles and high‑quality carbon steel. The main plates are electrostatic‑sprayed for an elegant and attractive appearance. Fully concealed wiring greatly improves safety.

 

③ The equipment is supported by multiple Fuma casters and fitted with an adjustable turntable inside. It features simple operation, firm support, flexible movement, convenient adjustment, heavy‑load capacity, attractive appearance and shock‑absorbing performance.


④ The instrument adopts an intelligent control system with Chinese menus (optional switchable to common foreign‑language menus such as English, Russian and Spanish). It can automatically stop testing when specimens are damaged. The test cycles can be arbitrarily set within the range of 0‑999999. The unit will shut down automatically upon reaching the preset cycles. Test results are automatically saved in case of intermediate shutdown or power failure. The system displays time and cycle counts in real time during each test.


⑤ The nine‑station unit adopts welded steel structures with surface spraying treatment. It is equipped with polyurethane sleeves (embedded with deep‑groove ball bearings), which rub against crescent‑shaped wheels on chrome‑plated rods to lift the test wheels to a certain height for free fall.


⑥ Each station is fitted with a 4‑inch G‑clamp for convenient specimen fixation and reliable anti‑drop performance.


⑦ Counterweight weights are freely adjustable.
