TST‑TQ015 Mattress Air Permeability Tester

　　First, inflate the air storage tank of the tester to the set pressure value. Operate the control system to open the air‑inlet valve until the pressure gauge shows 100 kPa. Place the selected mattress on the base plate of the testing instrument (the base plate is equipped with φ20 ventilation holes).       Close the air‑inlet valve of the air storage tank and open the air‑outlet valve. Fit an air‑vent module onto one station of the testing instrument, then press it down until it closely contacts the mattress to start deflating the mattress, with the timer beginning to count simultaneously.

      When the air pressure inside the air storage tank drops to atmospheric equilibrium, namely when the pressure gauge reads 0, the controller of the control system automatically closes the control valve and stops timing, and the deflation time will be automatically displayed on the display screen.

Gas storage tank: A gas‑storage device that controls gas intake and discharge through control valves and stores a certain volume of gas.

Pressure regulating valve: It can continuously output air flow with stable and fixed pressure.

 The air pressure of the gas storage tank can be set to 100 kPa.

The nozzle area of the air discharge port is approximately 366.4 mm².

The air discharge port adopts a quick‑change connector for easy assembly and disassembly.

 It connects with the air pipe and is height‑adjustable.

Control system: Functions for switching gas intake and discharge of the gas storage tank, pressure regulation, as well as timer display and operation.
