　The movable sofa softness‑hardness tester is applicable to sofa softness‑hardness testing, and can measure the relationship between the indentation distance and force value of the sofa seating surface.

Working Principle

　　Adjust the height of the loading plate to be flush with the seat surface. Turn the hand‑crank wheel to lower the loading plate by the specified distance.

At this point, the force sensor generates a corresponding upward elastic force, which is transmitted via voltage signals. The touch screen displays the corresponding force value as well as the lowering distance detected by the distance encoder in this operation.
