TST‑C3005 Folding Mattress Durability Tester

 The TST‑C3005 Folding Mattress Durability Tester is suitable for durability tests of folding mattresses. A servo motor drives the lead screw, which in turn drives the swing rod to push the folding bed to rotate to a specified angle around the hinge. There is one rotating component at the front and one at the rear. The front and rear sections of the folding mattress can be tested separately.

Working Principle

Instrument Features

1. The tester is suitable for folding resistance tests on various types of foldable mattresses.

2. The test specimen of the tester can be installed and fixed simply and conveniently.

3. The tester can independently perform folding resistance tests on the front and rear sections of foldable mattresses.

4. The tester adopts a servo motor as the power source to ensure test durability.

5. Instrument abnormal protection:

Travel limit — Restricts the travel range of the instrument's test mechanism;

Power‑off protection — Instantly saves current test data upon power failure. When power is restored next time, previous test data can be viewed or the test can be resumed;

Force limit — Limits the maximum output force of the instrument. The instrument will automatically trigger an alarm and stop operation when the force applied to the test specimen exceeds the set value.
