TST‑C1032S Upper Hinge Flip‑Door Slamming Tester
The Upper‑Hinge Flip‑Door Slamming Tester simula ...
The bed‑surface impact tester is applicable for impact tests on finished table, chair and stool furniture manufactured for use in households, hotels, inns, restaurants and other settings. It is not suitable for swivel chairs, children's chairs, nor chairs and stools made of ceramic, rattan, wicker and other materials.
This testing machine simulates tests for the strength or bearing capacity of relevant parts of tables, chairs, cabinets and beds under one‑off or repeated loads during normal use and customary misuse, so as to verify the product strength under accidental impact‑load conditions.

1. Adopt human‑oriented installation mode: convenient for operation and easy for maintenance.
2. Equipped with German Festo square cylinder of 80*350 mm, serving as the impact transmission structure. This cylinder features high reliability and favorable sealing performance.
3. Matched with its 2‑position 5‑way precision 24V solenoid valve as the air source driving component. Combined with our self‑developed noise‑reduction device, air noise can be minimized, the cylinder delivers stable output force and requires no maintenance.
4. The air source is processed by German Festo AM5C oil‑mist separator. This component can effectively remove impurities and moisture from the air to well protect the cylinder and its auxiliary components. It supports automatic water overflow function, eliminating the trouble of manual water drainage.
5. A 24V safety‑voltage electromagnetic chuck is adopted as the suction device for the impact head, with a maximum suction force of 120KG. It guarantees the safety of test personnel when the machine operates in a low‑voltage working environment.
6. An Omron through‑beam fiber amplifier is used as the height limiting device for impact height adjustment, with an error of ±1 mm, which can effectively guarantee measurement height accuracy.
