TSH‑C11 Infrared Mattress Dimension Measurement System

The infrared mattress dimension‑measuring system is used to detect dimensional deviations in the length and width of mattresses. Measurements are taken at 3 to 4 different positions to obtain an average value, and the result is derived from the difference between this average and the marked length.

Working Principle

Place the mattress on a flat plate. Position two distance‑measuring devices opposite each other along the length or width of the mattress. Hang weights, which substitute for the specified loading force, on the steel‑wire rope ends of the two devices. Apply a certain horizontal force using a loading plate with the new dimension of 300×500 mm (old dimension: 115×45 mm). At this point, obtain the length or width of the mattress based on the infrared distance‑measurement readings.

Instrument Features
  1. Non‑contact MeasurementAdopts infrared laser scanning. No physical contact with mattress surface to prevent scratches and indentations, keeping the specimen appearance intact.

  2. High Accuracy & High EfficiencyMeasuring accuracy within ±1 mm. Single measurement takes only several seconds, outperforming manual tape measurement in both precision and speed.

  3. Fully‑automatic Objective InspectionFully automatic operation eliminates human error for consistent and reliable results. Real‑time pass/fail judgment is available.

  4. Data IntegrationDimension data of each mattress is automatically recorded and stored. Compatible with MES production system to realize quality traceability and statistical analysis.

  5. On‑line Real‑time ControlSeamlessly integrated into production line for 100% full inspection. Interlocks with sorting device to automatically isolate out‑of‑tolerance products.
