TNJ‑087 Bed Surface Lifting Mechanism Fatigue Performance Tester

A bed‑surface lifting mechanism durability and fatigue performance tester is applicable to the durability and fatigue performance testing of bed‑surface lifting mechanisms (this test is only applicable to bed surfaces designed to be lifted by one mechanism (e.g., a moving component)).

Working Principle

Place the test sample on the test platform, place weights of corresponding mass on the surface of the sample, and adopt the concentric‑circle principle to make the driving mechanism and the sample perform synchronous curvilinear motion. Drive the test platform with the driving motor so as to conduct durability testing on the lifting‑mechanism section of the mattress surface and complete the durability test for the lifting section.

Instrument Features

1. The frame is made of high‑strength APS aluminum profiles to ensure the strength and stability of the equipment.

2. It adopts a color LCD touch‑screen PLC control system with power‑off memory function, featuring a user‑friendly human‑machine interaction interface.

3. The instrument is equipped with a motor travel limit protection function.

4. The folding mechanism enables angle adjustment ranging from 0° to 92°.

5. The test mechanism is motor‑driven with lead‑screw and gear transmission, which can perform high‑precision and high‑strength measurements.

6. The driving mechanism uses a servo motor to drive the swing arm to move the test specimen.

7. A flexible connection is adopted between the swing arm and the test specimen to avoid generating extra acting force.

8. The whole driving mechanism features height‑adjustable function to meet test requirements for specimens of different heights.

9. The specimen clamping area is fitted with powerful magnetic base stoppers, which can fix specimens of various sizes conveniently and quickly.

10. Weights are placed on the mattress surface to simulate the load borne by the mattress in actual service scenarios.
