The manual indentation hardness tester is suitable for determining the indentation hardness of flexible polymeric foams and porous elastic materials. This tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of industry standards.
Determine the force required to produce a specified indentation under specified conditions. Place the test specimen between the upper and lower pressure plates, then apply external force to compress the specimen downward via the upper pressure plate. The load cell at the top of the upper pressure plate senses the pressure, converts it into a voltage signal and transmits it to the display unit for analysis, and the pressure value is shown on the display simultaneously.
