Computer controlled Sponge Indentation Hardness Tester is suitable for determining indentation hardness of porous elastic materials.
【Automated Test】Select the test item. After the instrument automatically measures specimen thickness, different modes are selected according to diverse test methods to complete the test fully automatically.
Determine the force required to produce a specified indentation under specified conditions. Place the specimen between the upper and lower platens, then apply compression at a specified speed. When the upper platen compresses the specimen downward, the load cell mounted on top of the upper platen detects pressure, converts it into a voltage signal and transmits it to the display unit for analysis, meanwhile showing the pressure value on the display.
