Based on the TST‑SD015‑13759 dummy weight EN, adjust the weight of weights by adding or removing them to meet the requirements of QB/T 4462‑2023:


1. Apply a load of 750 N (thigh) at the central area of the seat surface.


2. Apply a load of 250 N (including head weight) at the central area of the upper‑body backrest.


3. Apply a load of 150 N (calf) at the central area of the legrest plate.


4. The head is adjustable with four screws. Its angle shall be adjusted during testing: one initial state, head‑up position and head‑down position.

(1) Compliant with the latest national standards, it supports third‑party quality inspection and factory outgoing inspection.


(2) The weights strictly conform to the human body partition weight, contact area and pressure‑applying methods specified in the standards, and are compatible with four major test items: structural durability, load‑bearing limit, electric mechanism service life and sensor force calibration.
