The dummy weight simulates the human body mechani ...
The dummy weight simulates the human body mechanics of real‑life people and complies with standard force‑bearing specifications. It strictly follows national standards for human body zonal weight, force‑bearing area and pressure application criteria, covering four major tests: durability, load‑bearing capacity, mechanism service life and sensor calibration.
The dummy weight simulates the human body mechanics of real‑life individuals and complies with standard force‑bearing specifications. It strictly follows the national standards for human body zonal weight, force‑bearing area and pressure‑application criteria, covering four major tests: durability, load‑bearing capacity, mechanism service life and sensor calibration.
Basis for standards: The TST‑SD015‑43814 dummy weight is manufactured in accordance with standards including GB/T 43814‑2024, and the TST‑SD015‑13759 dummy weight meets the relevant requirements of EN 13759:2012.

TST-SD015-13759Dummy Weight Parameters:

Based on the TST‑SD015‑13759 dummy weight EN, adjust the weight of weights by adding or removing them to meet the requirements of QB/T 4462‑2023:
1. Apply a load of 750 N (thigh) at the central area of the seat surface.
2. Apply a load of 250 N (including head weight) at the central area of the upper‑body backrest.
3. Apply a load of 150 N (calf) at the central area of the legrest plate.
4. The head is adjustable with four screws. Its angle shall be adjusted during testing: one initial state, head‑up position and head‑down position.
(1) Compliant with the latest national standards, it supports third‑party quality inspection and factory outgoing inspection.
(2) The weights strictly conform to the human body partition weight, contact area and pressure‑applying methods specified in the standards, and are compatible with four major test items: structural durability, load‑bearing limit, electric mechanism service life and sensor force calibration.
(3) It simulates real‑human body mechanics and complies with standard force‑application specifications.
(4) The main body adopts alumina as the base material, with auxiliary components made of Q235 carbon steel finished by paint baking process.
(5) The weights feature high weight accuracy, simple operation and long service life.
