       The chair seat‑back linkage tester is suitable for conducting durability (i.e., strength under repeated use and repeated loading) tests on finished office chairs used in offices, meeting rooms and other venues. It simulates the strength performance of the seat surface and backrest of furniture after multiple loads under normal daily‑use conditions.

Working Principle

  Fix the legs of the office chair to the instrument base. Apply a specified force to the seat surface and backrest using a load pad of the prescribed shape, then remove the load. After completing a certain number of loading cycles, inspect the condition of the test sample to evaluate the durability of the seat.

1. 【Free‑Adjustable Test Channel】The seat test mechanism adopts a manual lifting device, enabling tests for chairs of various heights. The minimum downward test height of the seat surface is 200 mm, and the maximum test height reaches 800 mm. During product assembly, technicians will adjust to the optimal height according to actual conditions. If manual height adjustment is required, it can be done via the lifting controller.


2. 【High‑Quality Components】This machine uses well‑known domestic and international components. For seat‑back linkage, it is equipped with APS high‑strength aluminum alloy profile frame, Taiwan Bangshuo motor, Taiwan gear reducer, sensors, air pipes, solenoid valves, oil‑mist separators and other renowned domestic and foreign parts.


3. 【TST Modular Design】The loading force of the TST seat‑back linkage ranges from 0 N to 2000 N. To accommodate future market changes and standard updates, some manufacturers need non‑standard tests. The TST seat‑back linkage features a modular design. When the current loading force fails to meet your test requirements, only the cylinder module needs to be upgraded.


4. 【Power‑Off Protection】This instrument is fitted with a power‑off protection device. It activates immediately upon power failure to save current test data. After power is restored, users can view previous test data and resume testing.


5. 【Stable Support & Easy Mobility】The instrument is supported by Fuma casters, featuring simple operation, flexible movement, convenient adjustment, heavy load‑bearing capacity and distinctive appearance.
